WHY WE USE AI:

  • Streamlining workflows: AI helps us automate time-consuming, high-volume tasks so we can focus on the work that truly requires human judgment.

  • Saving time: When AI handles systematic tasks, it frees us to dedicate more time to strategic conversations with our clients. Ultimately, this means our clients save time too. 

  • Fairness and inclusivity: We use AI to create responses and recommendations that are unbiased, consistent, and inclusive.

WHAT WE DON'T USE AI FOR:

While AI is powerful, we are intentional about how and when we use it.

  • We do not use AI for decisions that require human thinking, empathy, or judgment. 

  • We do not allow AI to replace the decision-making process that belongs to people. 

  • We do not use AI in any way that diminishes the importance of human connection.

Here are some of the ways we currently incorporate AI into our work:

  • Job descriptions: Reviewing language to ensure it is inclusive, fair, and accurately represents the role. 

  • Hiring rubrics: Drafting screening rubrics based on job descriptions and hiring manager input. 

  • Resume screening: Reviewing resumes against established rubrics, helping us efficiently process large applicant pools while maintaining fairness. 

  • Policy drafts: Creating first drafts of policies, which managers and decision-makers then review and refine. 

  • Data analysis: Identifying patterns and trends from large data sets to support better decision-making.
